How does it work?
InCube is a one-of-a-kind innovation challenge where talented students from around the world come together to solve real-world problems.
The journey consists of six key stages, each designed to prepare you for an intense, rewarding, and unforgettable experience.

Online Application
Applications are open from May 1st to May 31st, 2026. Fill out the online application, be genuine in the questions you answer, being yourself and honest will give you better odds than a polished AI text.
After the application window closes, our team will carefully evaluate every candidate. Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to further selection rounds in June, where we get to know you better through a mix of video submission, interviews and collaborative formats. Details about these rounds will be shared with shortlisted candidates directly.
Final decisions are communicated in the beginning of August.

PrepCube: Virtual Kickoff
Before the challenge begins, you’ll participate in an online meeting to:

- Get ready for the journey ahead.

Outcube: Swiss Alps Retreat
A week-long retreat in the Swiss Alps where you’ll train, connect, and prepare for the challenge ahead.
- Learn entrepreneurship, design thinking, and innovation through expert-led sessions
- Participate in hands-on workshops and inspiring talks
- Explore the stunning surroundings and bond with your future teammates
- Get mentored by experts to sharpen your skills

InCube: The Challenge Starts!
Now the real challenge starts!
- You’ll be assigned a team of five and a sponsoring company.
- Together, you’ll spend five days living in a glass cube, brainstorming and developing an innovative solution to a real-world challenge.
- You’ll be mentored by a facilitator to guide you through the process.
- The goal? Turn your idea into a fully developed concept & pitch!

Finale: Pitch & Shine!
After an intense week of teamwork, it’s time to present your idea to the world!
- Pitch your project on stage in front of a jury & audience
- Compete for the winning title
- Connect with other teams and celebrate your journey
